M. A. Robotica Srl plans and builds a wide range of assembly and testing machines for different kinds of products such as fittings in general, ball valves, plastic parts, gas tubing, automotive components, o-ring and seal fittings, etc.
We plan and build each machine based on the different features of the products and the individual users’ technical needs and requirements. In particular, the development of these machines depends on their required use: large mass-production with short work cycles or flexible machines for small batches with frequent item changes. In addition to assembly machines, we offer machinery used for various types of light mechanical processing.
Any application may be combined with laser, inkjet, or micro-point marking devices, labeling devices, or other devices for various complementary operations. Assembly machines can also be equipped with Vision systems featuring hi-res cameras to monitor and verify operations (for ex.: correct internal and external o-ring fitting).
These machines can be provided with pneumatically or electrically controlled Pick & Place Cartesian movement systems, or with anthropomorphic robots which allow for higher speed and flexibility.
Following are some examples of the machines we developed:
– Various types of seal and o-ring fittings (performed on the outside and inside of metal or plastic fittings).
– Assembly of ball valves (small to large size)
– Assembly of plastic detail parts.
– Assembly of press fittings for multilayer pipes.
– Assembly of universal fittings for copper or multilayer pipes.
– Mounting press fittings for steel or plastic pipes (internal o-ring installation).
– Assembly and testing of water taps.
– Assembly and testing of gas cocks
– Assembly of detail parts that require special torque, angle, and height controls.
– Assembly of various automotive components.
-Machines for boring, threading, milling, edging, grading, burning, etc., with automatic operations control.
A packaging machine for boxing or bagging finalized products is also available.


We suggest the employment of a robotized cell for automatic control of the applications listed above  (such as robot loading, loading/unloading or special working cycles  as shown on pp.  24-25)
