ROBOTIZED CELL FOR THE CONTROL OF HOT PRESS MACHINES

Our robotized system for the control of Hot Press Machines performs work cycles with unloading of unprocessed parts, loading of unprocessed parts/unloading of processed parts, or just unloading of machined pieces, with any kind of machine and materials such as brass, aluminum, iron, steel, etc.
This robotized cell is also suitable for small lots to be machined thanks to its great flexibility and speed in changing items.
There are several systems employable with the control of Hot Press Machines, such as :
– Loading system which consists in picking up a bar piece from the oven and placing it in the mould of the press.
– Unloading system which consists in removing the casting directly from the mould and placing it in a container, possibly using a palletizer to avoid markings and other deformations.
– Loading/unloading system which consists in picking up a bar piece from the oven and placing it in the mould of the press, and, at the same time, the picking up of the hot-pressed piece directly from the mould of the press and placing it in a container, using a palletizer, to avoid markings and other deformations of the piece.

– Speed ​​of setup simplified by a graphic menu interface coupled with a robot programming keypad powered by a specialized application software. High quality anthropomorphic robots ensure loading precision, allowing fast work cycles and loading repeatability.
– Possibility to lubricate the moulds even in less accessible points for other mechanical unloading arms.

Work cycle depends on the machine to be interlocked during the loading or unloading step.
