Dear user,
M.A. Robotica S.r.l. Unipersonale (hereinafter also referred to as “MARobotica”, “the Company”, or “the Data Controller”) is particularly attentive to the privacy of its users. Accordingly, through this page, the Company intends to describe the methods of management of its website with reference to the processing and protection of the personal data of users accessing it. This is a general information notice provided in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 “General Data Protection Regulation” and it applies solely to the institutional website of MARobotica. It does not apply to other websites that may be accessed by the user via links within MARobotica pages, for which the Data Controller assumes no responsibility.

The legal basis for the processing of Browsing Data (Section 2, letter a) is to pursue the legitimate interests of the Data Controller in relation to the management of the website. Specifically, Browsing Data will be used for the following purposes:
Data provided voluntarily by the user (Section 2, letter b) via spontaneous emails to the addresses listed on this website will be processed for the purpose of responding to the user, providing the requested service or assistance, and managing of spontaneous job applications.
Additionally, with the previous user’s explicit consent, the data referred to in Section 2, letter b) may be processes by the Data Controller for the following purposes:
i) to send newsletters, informative and advertising material, and commercial communications via email on a regular basis;
ii) for profiling activities for statistical and comparative purposes, to improve the management of the services offered, to create commercial profiles, and/or to analyse user preferences.
Please note that only ordinary data will be processed. Any special or judicial data, as defined in Article 9 and 10 of the EU Regulation, will be deleted.
The data provided will not be disclosed to third parties without first obtaining the user’s effective and unequivocal consent.
The Browsing Data referred to in Section 2, letter a) are mandatory, as they are strictly functional to the computer management of the website.
Providing the personal data referred to in Section 2, letter b) is optional and serves solely to allow MA Robotica to respond to the user’s requests. Therefore, failure to provide such data will make it impossible for MA Robotica to respond. Failure to provide the personal data referred to in Section 2, letter b) for the purposes set out in Section 3, points i) and ii) will prevent the Data Controller from carrying out those specific purposes.
The data will be processed by the Data Controller in electronic format and, where necessary, in paper format, in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency. Such processing may be carried out with or without the use of electronic or automated means and will include all operations described in Article 4 point 2 of the EU Regulation (collection, record, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, restriction, cancellation, or destruction of data) that are necessary for the purposes of the processing, including disclosure to the entities listed under the following section “Data Disclosure”.
The data will be recorded and stored in both paper-based and electronic archives, using organizational systems consistent with the purposes of the processing. Furthermore, to protect the data from destruction or loss (including accidental loss) and to ensure their integrity and confidentiality (including protection against unauthorized access or disclosure), as well as to safeguard the rights of the data subject more generally, the Data Controller has implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures, in accordance with the provisions of the EU Regulation (with particular reference to Articles 24, 32, and 35).
In addition to the Data Controller, data may also be accessed by internal personnel of MA Robotica who have been expressly authorized to process the data pursuant to Article 29 of the EU Regulation, according to their respective roles and for the purposes indicated above (Section 3).
The collected data may also be disclosed to external parties (e.g., third-party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies), appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the EU Regulation, who operate on behalf of MA Robotica under its instructions and exclusively for activities strictly related to the purposes described above (for example, to ensure the operation of the website and the management of IT and telematic systems).
The personal data collected for the purposes indicated in Section 3 will not be disclosed.
In the case of explicit consent, the personal data provided may be used only internally by the Data Controller for profiling, for statistical or comparative purposes, to improve the management of the services offered, to create commercial profiles, and/or to analyse user preferences. The processing of personal data for profiling purposes will be carried out using appropriate tools and methods in compliance with the EU Regulation, in order to also protect the rights, freedom, and legitimate interests of the user.
Browsing data (Section 2, letter a) and personal data voluntarily provided by the user (Section 2, letter b) will be retained, in accordance with applicable law, for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed.
MA Robotica will process the personal data voluntarily provided by the user (Section 2, letter b) for the purposes indicated in Section 3, points i) and ii), for as long as necessary to fulfill those purposes, and in any case until the user requests deletion.
Personal data will be stored at the Data Controller’s operational headquarters and, in any case, within the European Union.
The user, whose data is being processed, has the right to request and obtain, at any time, from the Data Controller: access to their personal data (Art. 15, EU Regulation), rectification (Art. 16, EU Regulation), and cancellation (the so-called “right to be forgotten”) (Art. 17, EU Regulation). The user also has the right to request the restriction of processing of their personal data (Art. 18, EU Regulation), the right to data portability (Art. 20, EU Regulation), and the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of their data (Art. 21, EU Regulation).
In any case, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, as provided for in Art. 77 of the EU Regulation, or to seek judicial remedies under Art. 79 of the EU Regulation if they believe that the processing of their personal data has occurred in violation of the provisions of the EU Regulation.

MA Robotica reserves the right to modify this Privacy Notice. The date indicated at the beginning of the Notice reflects the date of the most recent update. In the event of significant changes, a notice will be provided on the website, or by other means, to give the user the opportunity to review the changes before they take effect.
