The robotised system for the automation of C.N.C. lathe by M.A.Robotica is designed to optimise work cycles, enabling different modes of unloading, loading-unloading, or special cycles.

System Features

Different Types of Automation:

• Loading system: Robot removes the processed parts from the lathe.
• Loading-unloading system with large conveyor belt: Robot collects raw parts from the conveyor belt, and loading-unloading from the lathe.
• Palletised system: Manual loading into dedicated placements with fixed references.

Different Types of Unloading:

• Unloading on accumulation conveyor belt.
• Unloading into a parts washer.
• Unloading on a multi-level palletiser in collection bins.
