Robotised cell for the automation of die-casting machines

The robotised system for the automation of die casting machines by M.A.Robotica, designed to optimise unloading work cycles of the moulded part, can work with different types of materials, such as brass, aluminium, and zinc alloy, and it can be adapted to any type of machine.

System Features

Different Unloading Methods:

• Unloading from the mould to a conveyor belt or cooling chute.
• Unloading onto sprue cutting press to remove the casting channel.
• Unloading of the moulded parts and simultaneous placement of the inserts in the mould.
