System Features

Robot: Multiple robots can be used working in line with each other, enabling the transfer of parts that require more processing steps.

Different Types of Automation:

• Loading system: Robot picks the metal disk or semi-processed parts up and places them into the press mould.
• Unloading system: Robot picks the moulded parts up and places them into a bin in a palletised way.
• Loading-unloading system: It combines the two previous systems.
