Robotised cell for the automation of load bar machines

The robotised system for the automation of load bar machines by M.A.Robotica is designed to perform work cycles starting directly from bars on cutter machine, for any type of material.

System Features

• Optimised loading: The system is equipped with a bar storage and a selector to perform the load the individual bars. The dragging of these bars is controlled by an encoder, that ensures a smooth and secure loading.
• Precise Cutting: The cutter machine, with a bar locking device and an adjustable circular blade, ensures a precise cut. Thanks to the digital control of the bar dragging, operator intervention is not required.
• Efficient Loading-Unloading: The robot loads the parts from the cutter machine into the processing machine, and unloads on conveyor belt or parts washer. An optional palletised unloading system is available.
