Long autonomy pallet system for the automation of machine tools

The pallet system by M.A. Robotica integrates loading-unloading cells and other machines. It is designed to handle delicate parts for machine tools with medium-to-high cycle times and unattended by the staff.

System Features

• Loading Line: A roller or chain belt conveyor is used to positions the pallets in the robotised cell.
• C.N.C. Guide: A C.N.C. guide system moves the pallets from the loading area to the unloading area through cartesian axis movements.
• Unloading Line: The system has an unloading line for the removal of the processed parts.
