Robotised cell for the automation of machining centre

The robotised system for the automation of machining centre by M.A.Robotica is designed to perform loading, loading-unloading, or special cycles on any type of machine. The system allows to handle both large and small production batches.

System Features

Different Types of Feeding Systems:

• Random feeding system. Starting from bin tipper, to sorting, to item identification via vision guided robot. Recommended for the processing of small batches.
• Feeding system on large conveyor belt. Manual loading for greater loading autonomy, and item identification via vision guided robot. Recommended for the processing of small batches or delicate parts.
• Palletised feeding system. Manual loading into dedicated placements. Recommended for the processing of large batches.

Different Unloading Methods:

• Unloading on accumulation conveyor belt.
• Unloading into a parts washer.
• Unloading on a multi-level palletiser in collection bins.
