High-autonomy multi-level tower palletizer

The Multi-level Tower by M.A.Robotica is designed to provide long machining autonomy for different types of machine tools or assembly machines, integrating robotized loading-unloading cells. It is recommended for items that need several processing steps on different machines.

System Features

• Supporting Structure: The cart containing the raw parts is placed on a supporting structure consisting of several removable “drawers”.
• Extractor: A pneumatic extractor manages the movements of the drawers.
• C.N.C. Elevator: A C.N.C. elevator positions the different trays in the picking area of the anthropomorphic robot.
• Carts: There are different carts for storage autonomy.
