The robotised system for the automation of transfer machine by M.A.Robotica is designed to enable high-efficiency work cycles on any type of machine and material, such as brass, aluminium, iron, steel, and cast iron.

System Features

Different Types of Feeding Systems:

• Random feeding system. Starting from bin tippers, to sorting, to item identification via vision guided robot. Recommended for the processing of small batches.
• Feeding system on large conveyor belt. Manual loading for greater loading autonomy, and item identification via vision guided robot. Recommended for the processing of small batches or delicate parts.
• Palletised feeding system. Manual loading into dedicated placements. Recommended for the processing of large batches.

Optimised Production:

• The loading cycle requires less than 1,8 second per piece.
• The loading-unloading cycle requires less than 5 second per piece.
