ROBOTIZED CELL FOR HOT PRESSED METAL SHEARING

The robotized system for the control of presses for hot pressed metal shearing is created to achieve high productivity cycles without human supervision, tightly ensured by a reliable methodology that has been improved over time and enables self-reset for some failures that would normally block operations.
The standard shearing robotized cell comes with the deburring press option, which may be replaced by the customer’s adapted manual traditional press, upon request.
If you are using an already existing manually controlled shearing press, M. A. Robotica Srl will keep you informed and be able to manufacture all requested electrical and mechanical changes to make it faster and more reliable with respect to the automatic production cycle.
Parts may be loaded with different feeding systems, such as for example:
– Random feeding system for standard loads on DOUBLE-SIDED MOULDS: parts loaded from the containers tippers, parts sorting and item identification by means of vision guided robot through the use of a camera. This system allows also the machining of small lots thanks to its great flexibility and speed in changing items.
– Random feeding system for loads on SINGLE-SIDED MOULDS: parts loaded from containers tippers, parts sorting and item identification by means of vision guided robot through the use of two or four cameras. It is a system granting automation without modifying the working tools used in manual cycles. 
This system grants the machining of small lots, thanks to its great flexibility and speed in item changing .
– Feeding system on large conveyor belt, used for random manual operator loading, in order to obtain greater system loading autonomy and parts recognition by means of vision guided robot through the use of one or more cameras. This system allows also for delicate details to be processed such as is the case with items undergoing second-step processing.
